Greg and Fiona Harding are the founders, proprietors, and driving force behind the Business Owners Alliance. Together they bring a wealth of expertise and a cumulative 50 years of hands-on experience in business ownership within the service and hospitality sector.
Greg and Fiona have undertaken the acquisition, management, and successful sale of businesses in the Caravan, Aged Care, and Hotel Industries, at times operating with a workforce of over 100 employees across diverse locations. Leveraging this extensive background, Greg and Fiona stand as seasoned business operators renowned for their expertise in Leadership, Finance, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and operational management. Their practical experience affords them a unique perspective, allowing them to observe members’ business challenges through a fundamentally practical lens.
Greg & Fiona are also experienced coaches and facilitators being graduates of the globally recognised peer advisory franchise The Alternative Board (TAB). As graduates of the comprehensive TAB academy program in Denver, Colorado they subsequently dedicated two years to running boards and providing invaluable assistance to numerous small business owners.
Fuelling their endeavours now is a passion to return to assisting small businesses, making them staunch advocates for entrepreneurs.
